Today we are formalising what has quietly been the most-asked-for ADE Marketing service of the past 18 months: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for Malaysian businesses, now delivered through our specialised division ADE GenCite on aiseomalaysia.my.
This post documents why the division exists, what it covers, and how it sits inside the ADE Marketing brand architecture.
Why a separate division, not just a service line
If you have followed ADE Marketing since 2020, you know our shape: a search marketing company that also builds proprietary SaaS. Over the last two years, AI search has gone from a thought experiment to a measurable share of buyer discovery — ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews now answer enough commercial queries that brands which are invisible inside them are bleeding share.
We could have added “GEO” as a fourth bullet on the SEO services page and moved on. We chose the harder path: a dedicated division with its own brand, its own domain, its own methodology, and its own client engagement workflow.
The reason is content isolation. GEO is not a sub-set of SEO. The execution patterns overlap on the substrate layer — schema, entity coverage, authority — but the surfaces being optimised are completely different, and the tactical content for each lives in completely different keyword universes. Mixing the two on one site would muddy both. Splitting them lets ADE Marketing stay the strategic parent brand and ADE GenCite stay the tactical AI visibility shop.

What ADE GenCite delivers
The methodology is the GenCite Framework, which I developed over 2024–2025 while running early GEO engagements. It maps to the acronym G-E-N-C-I-T-E:
G — Gauge baseline AI visibility · E — Engineer technical AI readiness · N — Narrate content for AI extractability · C — Connect entities and citations · I — Influence reviews and citation building · T — Talk in community presence channels · E — Evaluate via monthly monitoring
Every step is wired to BrandPeek for measurement. BrandPeek is the AI visibility monitoring SaaS we built in 2024 — it tracks brand citations across 14+ AI models and gives us the same kind of objective measurement that Google Search Console gives us for organic search.
| Phase | Deliverable |
|---|---|
| Baseline | BrandPeek AI visibility audit + competitor comparison |
| Technical | Schema, llms.txt, structured data, AI extractability fixes |
| Content | Citation-worthy structured content + entity coverage |
| Distribution | Citation building + community presence + review building |
| Monitoring | Monthly AI visibility reporting |
If you want the full tactical detail — pricing tiers, execution timelines, case context — that all lives on aiseomalaysia.my, per the content-isolation rule above.

How this affects ADE Marketing clients
For existing and prospective ADE Marketing clients, nothing changes operationally. If you engage us for SEO and GEO together, we coordinate the work through ADE GenCite while running SEO and SEM in parallel at the parent level. You get one accountable practitioner (me) and one consolidated monthly report.
If you only want GEO — no SEO, no SEM — you can engage ADE GenCite directly at aiseomalaysia.my and bypass the parent shop entirely. Same team, same methodology, just routed through the specialised brand.
If you are still figuring out whether GEO matters for your stage yet, our SEO vs GEO comparison guide is the right place to start.
