1. Who we are

ADE Marketing Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("ADE Marketing", "we", "us", or "our") is a Malaysian search and AI marketing company registered with SSM under 202301050210 (1544124T), with offices at A4-2-7, Solaris Dutamas, No. 1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data on ademarketing.my and through our services.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, website, service interest, and message body.
  • Analytics data — anonymised page views, referring URL, device, browser, country. Collected via Google Analytics 4 when active.
  • Service engagement data — when you become a client, we collect data necessary to deliver SEO, SEM, and GEO services (Google Search Console access, Google Ads access, GA4 access).
  • Communication history — emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes relevant to your account.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quoted services.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve SEO, SEM, and GEO engagements.
  • To send relevant updates (you can opt out at any time).
  • To comply with Malaysian legal and regulatory obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate — hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics, and our own SaaS (Agility Writer, BrandPeek, LocusPilot, EMDStriker).
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities when required by Malaysian law.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is kept for 24 months by default. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and audit purposes. You can request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold on you.
  • Correction — request that we update inaccurate data.
  • Withdrawal of consent — request deletion or to stop using your data for marketing.
  • Complaint — to us, or to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.

7. Cookies

ademarketing.my uses minimal cookies — only those needed for analytics and form spam protection. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this domain.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers (Cloudflare, email delivery, analytics) operate outside Malaysia. We transfer data only where the destination provides comparable protection.
