Adam Yong started building websites and optimising them for search in 2003 under the brand XPIOS Marketing. Over two decades, he has worked with 50–100+ businesses — from local Malaysian SMEs to international e-commerce operations — helping them generate revenue through search visibility.

His technical foundation in computer science sets him apart from typical marketing consultants. Rather than relying on third-party tools, Adam builds his own. Agility Writer, his AI-powered content platform, has grown to thousands of users and a 4.7-star rating. BrandPeek tracks AI visibility across 14+ language models. LocusPilot generates fully optimised websites for local businesses. EMDStriker identifies high-value domain opportunities through proprietary SERP analysis.

In 2020, Adam won the Searchathon — an international SEO contest organised by Hong Kong SEO expert Ivan So — competing against practitioners from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia. His site adam-seo.com, which he launched the same year, quickly became one of the top-ranking SEO service sites in Malaysia.

In 2023, he incorporated ADE Marketing Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to formalise the growing operation. In 2025, recognising the shift toward AI-driven search, he established ADE GenCite — a specialised division focused entirely on Generative Engine Optimization — and created the GenCite Framework, a 7-step methodology that has become the foundation of the company's AI visibility services.

Today, Adam leads a search marketing company that combines hands-on practitioner expertise with proprietary technology — a combination no other SEO firm in Malaysia can match.
